Fundraising Activities
Your PTA provides many enrichment activities for your children that cannot be provided by the district due to budget cutbacks. We provide funding for fieldtrips, literacy materials, classroom materials, computer software, and assemblies. We also sponsor many fun family events such as Science Night and the Ice Cream Social. Contact the committee chairperson to join the team in organizing these activities.
Fundraising activities finance our $32,000 annual budget for these events. We have several options for parents to support our efforts in raising these funds:
A direct donation is the most cost-effective method for supporting our work; 100% of your donation goes to PTA programs. This is a tax-deductible donation! Make your checks payable to Gill PTA.

Market Day
Market Day offers high quality food products delivered to the school on a monthly basis. Orders can be completed online or using the flyer. A portion of the proceeds go directly to Gill PTA. Market Day typically generates $3000 for Gill every year. To find out more about Market Day or to complete your order today, visit the Market Day web site.
BoxTops for Education
The BoxTops for Education programs awards cash to Gill by clipping BoxTops coupons from General Mills® products. BoxTops are turned in to your child's teacher. Over the last several years, Gill has earned over $3000 from this program. Participating products include Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Old El Paso, Ziploc, General Mills cereals, Yoplait, Nature Valley and Bisquick. Enter "48335" for the school zip on the "Find Your School" page. Gill will be the first school listed. Click here for participating products.
Campbell's Labels for Education
Labels for Education awards educational merchandise to Gill by clipping labels from eligible Campbell products. Labels are turned in to your child's teacher for redemption.
