PTA Membership Dues

Joining the PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is one of the most important things you can do for your child’s education. The mission of the PTA is to support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation. PTA was responsible for establishing kindergarten, hot lunch programs, immunizations and child labor laws. PTA works for the benefit of all children in this country.

Membership dues support the mission of your local Gill Elementary PTA, Farmington PTA Council, Michigan PTSA and the National PTA. (You are not committing your time to volunteer activities.) By becoming a member of Gill PTA, you’re eligible to receive benefits from these organizations including discounts from Barnes & Noble, Liberty Mutual, Kidz-Idz, Sharp Electronics, Southwest Airlines and T Mobile.  Direct Donation

Direct donations are always welcome! 

The Gill PTA budget is set by donations and fundraising each year.  Direct Donations offset our need for additional fundraising drives. All direct donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE! Please consider an extra contribution to fund Gill-specific activities.
